What types of events do you cover?
We cover Corporate Events, Private Functions, Concerts, Product Launches, Seminars, and more.How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance to secure your date.Do you offer half-day or full-day event coverage?
Yes, we offer packages for both half-day (4-5 hours) and full-day (8-10 hours).Do you provide live feed and streaming services?
Currently, we only provide live streaming services under our sister company - Prestige Studio Sdn Bhd.How many photographers/videographers will cover my event?
Depending on the event size, we assign between 1 to 3 crew members.Do you offer video coverage for events?
Currently, Prestige Next focuses on photography services only, but we do offer videography services sourced from our sister company.Do you provide same-day edit (SDE) slideshows?
Yes, we do (depending on the schedule of the event) and with additional charges.What is included in the event photography package?
Coverage, all processed softcopies, basic retouching, and Google Drive delivery or Pendrive in Casing.Do you offer instant photo printing during events?
Yes, our Instant-Print Photobooth service is available as an add-on.Do you cover events outside of Kuching?
Yes, outstation bookings are welcomed, with travel fees applicable.How will the photos be delivered?
Via Google Drive download link. Pendrive option is available upon request.How long will it take to receive the event photos?
Delivery is within 3-7 working days.Can you cover multi-day events?
Yes, we can cover events spanning multiple days with custom packages.Do you offer event highlight videos?
At Prestige Next, we focus on photography. For video coverage, we can refer our sister company.Are your rates hourly or fixed packages?
We provide both hourly rates and package options for flexibility.Do you charge extra for night events?
No additional charges for evening events unless the event exceeds 10 hours.Do you provide back-up photographers?
Yes, our team always has a standby photographer in case of emergencies.What happens if it rains during an outdoor event?
We are equipped with weather-sealed gear and will coordinate with you on backup plans.Can we meet before the event to discuss details?
Absolutely. Pre-event meetings are encouraged for smooth coordination.Do you have experience with corporate protocols?
Yes, we are experienced with both private and government events.Do you offer rush delivery for events?
Yes, express editing is available with additional charges.What is your reschedule and cancellation policy?
Rescheduling is allowed with 1 week's notice. Deposits are non-refundable.Can we request candid and posed shots?
