  2. How much is the deposit to confirm a booking?
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  3. When is the balance payment due?
    The balance is payable on or before the event day.

  4. How soon will I receive my wedding photos?
    We deliver highlight photos (30 images) within 24 hours, and the full collection within 3-7 working days.

  5. Do you provide videography services for weddings?
    Yes, we will source a videographer from our sister company - Prestige Studio Sdn Bhd.

  6. How many photographers will be present at my wedding?
    One main photographer with 1 assistant for every shoot.

  7. Can I request specific poses or shots?
    Absolutely! We encourage you to share your shot list or Pinterest board with us.

  8. Do you cover wedding dinners or receptions?
    Yes, depending on the package selected.

  9. Will my photos be edited?
    Yes, all photos will undergo basic colour correction and touch-ups. Full skin retouching is available as an add-on.

  10. What is full skin retouching and how much is it?
    Full skin retouching enhances complexion and fine details. Prices are RM500 for Essence, RM1000 for Harmony, and RM1500 for Legacy packages.

  11. Do you provide wedding albums?
    We offer premium wedding album vouchers as part of our packages or as add-ons.

  12. Can I get my photos on a pendrive?
    Yes, all packages include a premium pendrive with casing.

  13. Do you provide a sneak peek after the wedding?
    Yes, 30 highlight photos will be delivered within 24 hours.

  14. How long do you store my wedding photos?
    We back up your files for 3 years under our Memory Care Program.

  15. Are there any travel charges?
    For weddings within Kuching city, no travel charges. For outstation events, additional fees apply.

  16. Can I reschedule my booking?
    Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 14 days' notice, subject to availability.

  17. What if it rains during my outdoor shoot?
    We will adjust to indoor locations or reschedule the outdoor session.

  18. Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding shoots?
    Yes, as part of the Essence+ package or as an add-on.

  19. Do you offer payment plans?
    Currently, payments are split into 50% deposit and 50% final payment.

  20. Will I meet the photographer before the wedding?
    Yes, we arrange a consultation session to understand your needs.

  21. What should I prepare for the shoot?
    We recommend preparing a shot list, your preferred outfit(s), and coordinating with your event planner.

  22. Can I request BTS videos?
    Yes, BTS videos are included in certain packages.

  23. Do you provide printed photos on the event day?
    This is available as an Instant-Print Photobooth service.

  24. Can I hire additional photographers?
    Yes, with additional charges.
